Product Overview
Isolator is conceived for pharmaceutical companies who require high containment level and high-level protection during potent API processing during manipulations of potentially dangerous products.
Given the level of containment conditions achievable within the system (OEB5), manual sampling, weighing and dispensing operations of High Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (HAPIs) may be conducted.

Details
Construction
The base isolator system is composed of one gloves Chamber and one gloves Pre-chamber. A gloves chamber is also available to compose, with the other modules, the configuration better addressing the process needs. All the chambers are equipped with 10” oval-shaped glove ports made of Polypropylene and Neoprene long isolator gloves.
Positive or Negative Pressure
Isolators are available for both positive and negative pressure conditions. Positive pressure condition of isolators: used for aseptic operation to protect products from contamination; Negative pressure condition of isolators: used for toxic and harmful operation to protect the operator and the cleanroom.
