Bubble-tight damper designed for isolation applications. Bubble-tight means the damper has the lowest possible leakage rating: zero. The silicone blade seal and double-gland axle seals provide bubble-tight performance.
Standard bubble-tight damper includes a manual handwheel actuator. There are many options when considering electric or pneumatic actuators. Some include solenoid valves and switches. Contact factory for assistance.

Details
Construction
The frame is made of SUS 304, and the blade is sealed with silicon rubber sealing ring. Under normal circumstances, the blade thickness is 3mm, and the flange thickness is 5mm, which can be customized. The flange is designed to be round or square, for matching with different shapes of ventilation ducts.
Air Tightness
The tests were carried out under the condition that the initial pressure was at least 3000Pa lower than the ambient pressure, and the hourly leakage rate fulfills the requirements of the client (the hourly leakage rate does not exceed 0.25% of the test volume).
Classification
According to actuators: electric bubble tight damper and manual bubble tight damper. The electric bubble tight damper is more convenient, easier to open and close, more space-efficient.
